We Cook Gluten Free Here
Sometimes it can be a struggle to change your whole diet but if you’re feeling better when you eat, you’ll feel better about what you eat.
our story
Welcome to Lifestyle Changes
About a year ago we found out, through trial-and-error, that my boyfriend has a gluten intolerance. This has been a big change but we’ve done it.
If you’re gluten-free, or even keto, you’ll understand what kind of struggle it is to make the jump from the glutenous world around us into a specialty diet. Sometimes that means we feel like we have to give up bread and beer and cheese, but always know that there are delicious substitutes and alternatives.

What Kinds of Food Do We Cook?

Cheesy Cauliflower Soup
Just because you can’t use bleached flour or lactose-filled cheese doesn’t mean you have to miss out on this lovely soup.
Gluten-free, lactose-free

It’s a staple in most homes for a reason: it’s delicious! But we skip the breadcrumbs and the gluten.
Gluten-free, lactose-free

One of the hardest parts about having a gluten intolerance and a sweet tooth is not being able to find the perfect dessert. Thanks to my mom, we have the perfect solution.
